The Nanaimo Mountain Bike Club is excited to welcome members to our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, October 6th.

The AGM is your chance to hear updates from the Board of Directors on everything we accomplished together in 2024—from trail projects and events to sponsorship and community partnerships. Members will also get a look at what’s ahead for 2025 and beyond.
As part of the meeting, current 2025 NMBC members are eligible to participate in board elections, helping shape the leadership of our club.
After the formal proceedings, stick around to enjoy food and refreshments and connect with fellow riders, builders, and community supporters.
