Partnering with key stakeholders including Mosaic, the City of Nanaimo, Regional District of Nanaimo, Rec-Sites and Trails of BC, Doumont Woodlot, and VIU Woodlot, NMBC ensures carefully managed land access agreements, safeguarding our trails for generations to come.
With over 58 kilometers of historic and valuable trail networks under our care, NMBC initiatives focus on long-term sustainability, trail re-building, major events, community dig days, group rides, and fostering local business relationships. Each year, our dedicated volunteers contribute thousands of hours worth of labor to keep our trails alive and thriving.
