Mosaic To Start New Harvesting Activities In North-West Doumont

Mosaic Forestry Management will be conducting harvesting and hauling activities on the north-west side of the Doumont network starting today, Monday, January 4th.

Affected trails include Fire Escape and the junction of Rhino and Rotton Rooter, all of which are part of the Weigles Corridor. Please use caution when riding in this area as trails could be closed at times during their operations. We will update Trailforks as best we can as new information is provided by the landowner. Please see the attached PDF for more information.

Harvesting will take place from now until March 31st, between the hours of 7am – 5pm Monday through Friday.

See full notice from Mosaic here.

The Doumont network is open during this time, so just maybe plan to avoid these trails over the next few weeks by switching up your route. Hayden, Beeline, Yellow, Bad to the Bone, should all be clear of harvesting activities and could make for fun alternatives.
